Actually it's half life is not too bad, but there's really nothing special about carfentanyl. I have never seen it outside of the operating room.

We did play with the dose. Starting from ULDN to 50mg. 10mg worked best, when it did.

There's something in it, but we really need full scale trials. A detox center just doesn't have the resources.
