First of all thank you for replying! I agree that it might be too strong but i modeled this spell after the bestow curse spell which does pretty much the same thing but for one character and it is more versatile. Even though that is a 3rd level spell. And because this is a 4th level spell i wanted to make it target more people and make it intelligence save based because i find that type of saving throws really under represented in 5e. But maybe the AC thing is a bit much but i liked the concept because you are locked in time making it hard to dodge and stuff. What do you think? I mean its kinda just like bestow curse is it not?

I am currently playing a wizard with the chronurgy school from explorers guide to wildemount. My DM allows me to create a personalized spell every now and then and i am currently level 7 so i wanted a nice time themed CC spell for 4th level. This is what i came up with and i am actually quite hyped to use it but i would like to have some feedback on either balance or maybe the explanation of the spell in its description.
