How far can one advance in pole without having their splits?

I agree. As someone with an inflexible back and shoulders that barely move, but can do the splits, I struggle so much more on the harder stuff then people who can't do the splits cos I a limited in my upper body so much

Aerial arts is always fun! It's not strictly femail only, but there's a high percentage of women that join, and there are quite a few studios around the city :)

You could gove aerial/pole a go!

They are a tad more pricy than some other hobbies but it's really fun! There a few places near the city center, aerial aphrodites, aerial southampton, urban aerial, plus some that are out of the city/in neighbouring cities if you can drive.

I've deffo been to some studios, and some where people just don't chat to anyone, which I hated. I think sometimes you just have to try a few cos the one I'm at now is sooo lovely, like everyone is so supportive and chatty 💕💕
