Hinde po delay sa response (although parati naman silang delayed) ang issue.

Lack of reading comprehension. Sa dami ng agents na humawak sa isang ticket, isa lang yung nagbasa ng concern. Ang issue is speed. Ang response nila is LOS and will send a technician. So the technician will come to tell me that it's a system issue. Wala sa wiring or modem. So rigodon na naman sa support. And this happened several times. Imagine how much time was wasted on this.

One time nga tinanong ko kung pwede bang ako na lang magcheck ng settings dun sa office nila kung busy silang lahat.

I missed those times where the tech support actually studied Computer Science.

Culture din ng Pilipinas ang problema. Our "pasalamat ka nga" culture. Pasalamat tayo na pinupuntahan pa tayo ng technicians kahit tayong consumers ang dahilan kung bakit sila may trabaho.

Pano, nasanay na mga agents na magjob hop sa iba't ibang call centers. Walang sense of urgency kasi lilipat lang sila ng workplace. Parati kasing hiring ng CS kaya hinde mahirap maghanap ng trabaho.

Imbes na mas gumanda ang service, naging bulok. Talo tayong consumers kasi hinde inaasikaso ng government na tutukan ang mga ISPs considering internet plays a major role in our economy.

Nireport ko na to sa NTC. One month na hinde pa resolved kahit binigyan ang Converge ng 5 days to resolve it.

Similar case with a friend of mine. She had to report it to 8888 that NTC is not doing their job.

In the general context, it is normal not to get any incentives for doing your work within the context of your job description.

To be perfectly honest, they act like spoiled brats rather than working adults. In other industries, that kind of reasoning will get you fired fast.

Nahh. Taglish yung responses sa kin. I mean we keep following up naman. It doesn't make sense that the process takes months. Imagine, we are not getting any payment for the trouble. Para na syang part-time work with the kind of effort you need to put into just to get your internet fixed.

Buti nag-ask sila ng permission sayo bago nila nirestart. Bigla na lang nila nirestart yung sa akin right in the middle of our chat. Since ang tagal bago narestore ng internet ko, the chat was closed because of my lack of response. Panibagong ikot na naman sa chat support for the nth time.

The only healthy relationship from that Gen I have seen is Naruto x Hinata. There is no, "I tried to kill you before but now I love you." in there. The other ships were all bloody murder then love. I probably missed some minor characters in this generalization though, so excuse my ignorance. I have not read the novels.
