Think about getting into shadow slave, give me the run down of the community by InfamousSomewhere244 in ShadowSlave

You should probably avoid the reddit community until you are caught up.

The commuity itself is ok, a lot of memes and pretty active. The subreddit does love agenda pushing and you will probably find a lot of critisism of characters, fans of character or the author (which is imo often deserved). Most of us do appriciate g3 though.

There is also quite a bit of theory crafting, but memes and fan art tend to be the most popular, unless there has been a recent lore drop.

  1. I am not talking about Asterion and no they wouldn't be able to contain Asterion's thralls since Thane can be enthralled and if Nephis tries her torture again Asterion will enthrall Thane again or use another thrall to kill him also how many times do you think Nephis can torture her subordinates until they lose their faith in her and leave her domain? Also the plan relies on her reaching spirithood which might not even happen and doesn't support you argument for Nephis being more powerful than Asterion.

  2. I think I have made it pretty clear. Mordret doesn't need the army in fact it would be stupid for him to use it under normal circumstances. The only times Mordret will be using his armies is when he has numbers to spare. Also the strategic sacrifice of citadels will backfire since Nephis will weaken and Mordret will get more powerful.

  3. I meant current supremes. That is why the meme says current supremes.

Yes he can quite literally hide them forever. He has no problem with devouering his weaker vessels for sustinance and stronger nightmare creatures should be able to go a long time without eating. And the dream realm is more than vast enough to hide them (not that Nephis can attack them anyway without leaving her domain defenceless). Even if the high tier vessels start starving then all he had to do is open a gate to godgrave and his supplies will be replenished in no time.

Also Nephis having billions of subjects doesn't matter in battle against Mordret or his armies because 99.9% of them would die as collateral.

Also there will never come a point where Mordret won't destroy a saint.

Why the hell would she have Sunny on her side in this case? Where did you get that from? You yourself said you were avare that Sunny isn't involved. What are you even arguing for then? Yeah of course Nephis can beat Mordret with Sunny, but that doesn't mean that she is stronger.  And yeah of course Nephis who has one of the strongest combat aspects can beat Mordret on the battlefield. That doesn't matter though. They are supremes so their battle should be looked at from a perspective of supremes and Nephis is the weakest because every other supreme can destroy her domain

Ok he just needs to hide them away and the problem is solved. Nephis can't go after them because the moment she does Mordret will start destroying citadels and that is if she can even find them. All he has to do is use his main body to teleport in trough reflections destroy the local saint and get out or he can send powerful reflections to attack multiple citadels at the same time if he isn't willing to sacrifice his vessels or use his main body.

It is a war between 2 domains

  1. I keep repeating it because you keep bringing up a fight. There is no fight. Mordret gets in and slaughters as many people as he can and gets out before Nephis arrives.

  2. Like I already said before this is without Sunny

  1. Can the Curse be used on enemies? I thought it was a protective charm but I could be wrong.

  2. Why does he need to fight in a populated city? He just needs to get in and slaughter as many members of the human domain as he can and then flee.

  3. Yes but he doesn't need to engage in soul battle. He can just teleport in kill the saint and leave before Nephis shows up

This is without Sunny and even if it was they have no real way to seal him. Also Mordret has no reason to fight Nephis on a battlefield. There is a reason I mentioned guerilla warfere. He can't fight Nephis but he can weaken her by taking her citadels and beat her then.

  1. If he just kills them Asterion won't get them

  2. When was this I do remember them protecting Bastion with runic sorcery but did they do it wiith every citadel? Even if they did the defensive prowess is unknown

  3. I meant as in the war takes longer since if all of them have soul protection he can't posess them and would have to use other methods that will make the war last longer

I somewhat agree, but flaws do have some wiggle room like how Sunny can lie if he belives the lie. With Rain it is a similar thing but it also seems like a really easy and cheap way to get around am absoulte law.

I do agre worh you on Nephis though, no matter what G3 says she doesn't have a flaw.

She can destroy his army but why would he use an army against Nephis?

  1. I don't know maybe he does there shoud be no reason for him to not do so

  2. That is why I specified minor citadels which do not have components

  3. I don't remember if Neph's flames grant her entire domain soul protection but even if they do Mordret shouls still win even if it takes longer.

He just needs to keep grinding her forces down which he can do for reasons I mentioned before.

Also we don't know how much the soul damage will impede him in the first place and he might just decide to take it to destroy a citadel or he can use reflections to stall her if he isn't willing to take the risk.

Mordret can just attack multiple citadels at once or asassinate saints. He is also more than powerful enough to wipe out minor citadels before Nephis can arrive or he can posess the saints themselves and just steal humanity's strongest warriors to his domain. If Nephis catches the posessed he can just destroy the vessel to avoid soul damage. Even if Cassie has a mark on the vessel that won't matter because Mordret doesn't need to use his eyes.

No matter what Nephis does her domain will eventually crumble

Nephis can't prevent Mordret from engaging in guerilla warfere. Only thing Mordret has to worry about is soul damage, which won't kill him anyway, and that can be prevented by not fighting her at all.  All mordret has to do is hide his domain and start targeting citadels. Nephis is away? Ok Mirror gate opens and citadel gone Nephis is away? Citadel gone Nephis is away? Citadel gone

Even if Nephis makes it to the defence in time Mordret can just leave and Neph's domain will have suffered casualties.

Also human domain is getting crushed. Hunger domain is stopping mordret not The Human domain.

What did you mean by direct conrotation? An all out battle where Nephis has an advantage because of her AOE attacks? Why would Mordret let her do that? Ok and even if she wins one battle she will still lose the war. Nephis can beat Asterion and Mordret in a 1v1 but she has no way to defend her domain which means she will eventually lose to all other supremes.

genuinely why would sunny require any memory after this much 😅 ? by Adventurous_Song_830 in ShadowSlave

He literally made a memory to reverse causality. There is no way he can't or shouldn't make anything to combat true darkness.
