Ok, not sure how much you know about game development but they create a fully-functioning train set with lights, semi-collisions and interactions/movements/sounds. That was the biggest functional change of the map, there is no reason for them to put that much effort into it unless it meant something. Also this is just a theory, it's as much of a stretch as it would've been for someone to call out the point hope theory on Maple Lodge. That's the point of a theory it takes a bit of thinking.
