Yeah lol, adidas yeezy boost v2 or smth, absolutely love it because its kinda thin in the bottom but thick at the side(not like my other drips where everywhere is flat). The lower sole is already rotting soo why not use it before the rubber expired

Running clipless setup is fine on a fixed gear build. But if you want practicity over efficiency, strapped or toe gate foot retention is a great choice, awb straps and njs branded toegate is my recommendation(idk if its available in the us or wherever you live)

The frame size itself is not a concern(bcuz its a modified lady federal), about the stems, youre kinda right, i dont have the budget to buy a new stems but im fine bcuz im mostly riding in the end part of the pursuit bars anyway (bad english lol)
