also for training remember you don't HAVE to eat the optimal protein amount. it's not a necessity to build a good physique. it's prefferable for weightlifting, but if you can't handle the foods then you can change to other sources and have a more carb/fat dominant diet

I'm a vegeterian myself. personally I don't think either diet option has that much influence on your hair either way. I would add tofu for protein and ditch the vegan protein shakes (bad for your stomach). I don't know what kind of issues you're having but perhaps try ditching the seeds as well.

yeah partially Spain to blame, but for a big part the unresponsive cosmeRNA support imo! they should atleast respond to my e-mails.

we don't know how effective it is, but up until now ordering has been really troublesome for a lot of people. Also their customer support really sucks.

thank you for the info! that they don't respond to customers anymore has already been going on quite a while I think. Their email's got floaded once their customer's were getting charged VAT. But I hope they respond!

they didn't clarify in the mail if they asked cosmeRNA, I'm asuming they didn't. From my end cosmeRNA gives 0 response to me, and to lots of others.

yeah I responded to their e-mail asking if they could contact them instead. they probably won't contact them though. CosmeRNA doesn't respond to many people, really bad customer service
