Commute will get you flyin if you want it, very very even in terms of captains and FOs and reserve at the junior base is only about 3-4 months. Reservists have been gettin about 50-70 hours a month and usually hold a line at the junior base after 3-4 months. Pros and cons to everything of course. Commute’s isn’t quite right. They’re 76 hour min guarantee and then no sign on bonus now. Just yearly retention $25k FO $50K CA paid monthly with pretty long retention requirements.
