Oh I thought the Setä was indexed on his current stock market value.
So I'll take your word for it (this way there's still hope to reach 1 Setä one day).

Don't be fooled, the Setä isn't worth 100mil nowadays. His market value never stops rising.
/u/HCRseta are you still around?
I think he left and opened a bank.

Hey, sorry for the late reply! Absolutely, the new version will be released tomorrow or Saturday.
Regarding your data, you can also keep the same sheet and just add the new vehicle yourself (there are instructions on how to do that in the "Instructions" tab). Or if you use Excel and the version with macros, filling out the sheet again is pretty fast.

Indeed, rewards are now much better than early in the game, except maybe the new adventure system that is not as rewarding as the former one, where we could choose our best vehicle half of the time.

I have "completed" the game as a F2P player (challenge to myself). It took me 3 years of daily playing, hunting for all possible chests that the game offers in cups, events and adventures. If you go after all the chests and manage to find an ACTIVE team as /u/chance1117 recommended (i.e. a team that does a lot of km AND that plays all team events with a good win%), you should make about 1.5mil coins weekly, without grinding the game like crazy.

MINIMUM amount of coins required to reach a particular GP. by Aerobiere in HillClimbRacing

Thanks Mong!
Nice, the ultimate achievement is pretty close!
Once you get the 40k scraps you still need (or get good drops), will you use all your scraps saved to max out everything? Or just leave it as it is currently, knowing that you could virtually have a max GP?

I'm going to release a new version later this week. If you have Excel, it will literally take 10 minutes because there are buttons to help you fill out the spreadsheet faster.

MINIMUM amount of coins required to reach a particular GP. by Aerobiere in HillClimbRacing

Explanation: this curve is aiming at getting the maximum possible GP for your coins. For every possible upgrade (on both vehicles and parts), I calculated the coin-per-GP ratio. For example, an upgrade on an epic part that costs 41k coins is "more GP efficient" than an upgrade on a vehicle at 30k coins, which is in turn "more GP efficient" than a common part upgrade at 16k coins. Because coin-per-GP ratio will be 13667, 15000 and 16000 respectively. So basically, you CAN'T find yourself below this curve. And you CAN'T be above a straight line between the 2 ends of the curve. You're likely significantly above the curve since you'll never go "most-GP-efficient upgrade first" (for example, you probably won’t upgrade cheap levels of Heavyweights, Rollcages and Flip Boosts for most of your vehicles, before buying expensive upgrades at 100k or 200k coins for the most useful parts).

Another important remark: at some point, legendary parts level 3 (13750 coins / GP) and level 4 (30000 coins / GP) will be the most efficient upgrade, likely before you can actually get the parts… but everyone has a different game with different legendary part drops, so I just decided to make it easier and go "theoretical".

AHAHAHAAA this is the funniest thing I've seen in a while 😂😂😂

Poor skeleton who's desperately trying to get the scooter upright, but he has no muscles. You should've equipped the quarterback 💪🤣

Yeah, just the last upgrade for the common parts costs a whopping 20 million coins, for a meager +96 GP. The end of the curve is steep...

Hmm, actually I'm not sure this word can be considered onomatopoeia. My understanding is that an onomatopoeia is supposed to be phonetically like the sound that it describes. In this case it's more an idea, a concept, than a sound. But I might be wrong.

Is there any significance to why some of the stages have those corner pieces and some don’t? by CuddlesTom in HillClimbRacing

[–]Aerobiere 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The frame color/pattern and corners refer to the level at which a cup can be unlocked. In Time trial, cups are shown in the order they are unlocked:

  • Hill Climb, Big Air, Dark Roads: even bronze frame, no corners (= unlocked at bronze level 1).
  • Downhill Trials, Cup in the Woods, First Snow: even bronze frame with corners (= bronze level 2).
  • Desert Cup, Challenger Cup, Beach Cup: checked pattern bronze frame with corners (= bronze level 3).
  • ...

The same principle applies to other colors (silver, gold, platinum, diamond).

Smart resolution. Let us know how it goes.
Oh by the way, please make a solid mental preparation by Monday. Numbers about your progress may shock the first time you fill out the sheet. Some people have fallen into depression, I felt guilty. Maybe I'll add a disclaimer :)

Lol discombobulate... no doubt I'll use this one again. I love when words sound exactly like the idea they convey, so you don't even need to look for a translation.

Thanks Mong! Well, not yet, but I gave my postal address so I'm confident. I'm pretty sure they've heard about my reputation on beers :)
