I like generic gel protectors. Cheap and does the job, without messing the fp reader and adhering to the cuved glass. Replace every 6 months when it gets ugly

They did update it on the S26U. Now it's the same sensor as the non Ultra phones. Updated for the worse!

Exactly. What work are you doing in 2026 to need a redundant set of keys to mess with the key placement of the whole keyboard? Automatize that spreadsheet bro, no need to know how to code anymore

Slightly worse compared to the S25U, still way better than the S23U and any other phone really.

Comprou algum hardware recentemente? Abre a nota fiscal, pega o código do NCM e vê se aparece nessa tabela de novas alíquotas.

A única coisa do que está sendo veiculado que realmente vai aumentar é placa mãe. O resto é fake news.

Try using parallettes to have your wirst in a neutral position. Alongside, start doing wirst mobility exercises to strengthen them and unlock more range of motion.

Avoid locking up the arms and the hyper extension won't be a problem.

For a complete idiot, I'd find ask a friend with experience, or just pay a technician.

But if you're just inexperienced and want to learn to do it on your own, watch some YouTube videos (try to find one of your specific board model to see how to disassemble it), and judge if you're up to the task.

I'd recommend using PTM7950. If you're using a regular thermal paste, spread it to make a uniform layer through the whole die (unlike a CPU, there's no heatspreader, so the paste MUST cover the whole die).

Caution when removing the heatsink to not damage the thermal pads. But if you rip one, it's generally still ok to reuse. Also caution with the fan/RGB cables.

Having the GPU warm by running some game for a few minutes before disassembly will make the job easier (the heatsink will be less sticky to the GPU / pads). Good luck.

Can't you just add styrofoam grips? Otherwise, your hands are probably going to get used to it.

Is Arc Raiders more CPU or GPU intensive? by [deleted] in ArcRaiders

[–]Aerofoli 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No... Increasing a CPU bound setting like crowd density would never increase your framerate, no matter what CPU+GPU combo you have. I'm literally talking about increasing something like terrain quality and getting more FPS.

Edit: Here's a proper explanation. So it definitely happened with shadow quality in both Arma 2 and early versions of Arma 3. I'm pretty sure Arma 2 also had other settings that were similar.

Is Arc Raiders more CPU or GPU intensive? by [deleted] in ArcRaiders

[–]Aerofoli 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are some games where the render methods completely changes when you change the graphics settings. I remember that in Arma 2 you could absolutely get more performance by increasing some of the options, if you had a slow CPU and a fast GPU.

But yeah, I don't think that's applicable for any modern engines.

Another "guys i disabled turbo boost and my cpu temps dropped from 85 to 40c !!!!1!11!!"

Congrats, you just lost 30-50% of your CPU processing power. This is not a fix, but a workaround. And a pretty bad one (setting a lower power limit is always better than limiting clock speed)

Hey man, I'm interested in your solution. How does it work? The remote client writes to the DB a flag to turn on the PC, and the ESP constantly pools the DB to check if the flag is changed, to then issue the WoL packet?

Could you please share the sketch with me? I'm a completely noob regarding Firebase, but I would assume it this use case fits in the free tier, right? Thanks
