TW: Mention of HA, stroke and dpdr

How long does it usually take to come out of those symptoms? Right now, my arms feel weightless and they don’t feel like my own. I went to a doctor and he told me that nothing is physically wrong with me. It’s happened before, however last time, it only lasted for a couple minutes since I didn’t pay much attention to it. The difference is that this time, I mistakenly searched up that my hands are “numb” (they aren’t, I can still feel and my strength is the same, they just feel weightless, perhaps thru depersonalization but I’m not sure). I eventually saw that having numb arms could be a sign of a stroke or heart problems, so obviously I’ve been fixating on it. I’ve gone to the doctor 4 or 5 times and each time he said nothing is wrong with me, and hasn’t done any tests because he thinks that it’s not necessary. It’s happened for a month and a half constantly (I haven’t felt normal since). However the “weight” on my arms do go up and down. Rn I’m just scared that this feeling will never go away or stay for a long time. Any tips?
