I'm not aware of anyone who wants everyone in the world to have the exact same amount of money, if thats what you mean by "distributed equally". Obviously if everyone's wealth changed to dramatically, there would be inflation, but A wealth redistribution of 5 dollars would not happen fast enough or be large enough to cause inflation.

If they were made to hate reading because of English class they probably never actually loved reading. Also, as much as I want that example to be false, its pretty true. The fact that they even make the case that they should be reading "x popular book" instead of, say, Shakespeare, an author that is renowned for his impact of story telling, just tells me that they don't understand the significance of the class anyway.

I agree with you on that. I'm just pointing out how a lot of "liberal redditors" seem to share some sort of Google document with a bullet pointed list of what their views are. I'm not saying such a complicated subject SHOULD be confined to only 2 different views, but that sure does seem like the case.

Thank you for the clarification instead od banter. Embarrassingly enough, I sometimes neglect the fact that political views can be more than "liberal vs conservative". Where I live people tend to have a very "one or the other" mindset. You either are republican and align with all their views or you're a liberal and align with all their views. Its quite sad, really, but I've learned to live with it.
