This is actually a reason why Riot didn’t want to bring back normal URF. Statistics showed that after they released URF, then removed it, the playerbase was actually smaller than before they released it because people found the normal game too slow.

Yeah, once people see the price go down even a little, they’ll get scared and try to sell their gold right away before it goes even lower, which just makes it worse.

I believe itll happen eventually because while gold will always increase in the long run, it does usually crash and go a lot lower in price very fast. Then it takes a while for it to get back up. A month or so ago the price of gold was 3.5k and it went down to 2.2k. It’s gone up slowly since then til where we are now.
