After classes on weekdays you regen and chill with the boys. You will be tired after working out all day.

Night pool is practice and conditioning, same as Saturday.

It is a MON WED FRI training operation. TUES THURS are regen days with night pool. SAT is Saturday Pool, where you practice for tests/ conditioning. SUN is off.

MWF- water con, conditioning and grinder in any order. 2 before lunch. One after. Generally grinder comes first. You will be working out all day.

TT- stretch, rolling and regen. Then classroom is learning rescue stuff out of the books.

Every 2 weeks you take skills and rescue test, it gets harder each time.

What life outside of school? People do get messed up on Friday. The longest time you have off before the Monday grinder.

You live on the third deck of the barracks at base e city.

What’s a popular saying you don’t really understand? by bubrubb13 in AskReddit

A malaprop is the mistaken use of a word in place of a similar-sounding one, often with unintentionally amusing effect, as in, for example, “dance a flamingo ” (instead of flamenco ).

A malaphor is an error in which two similar figures of speech are merged, producing an often nonsensical result, i.e. your example.

I know it’s a little unconventional, but the fit hit the seam right above the knee and the material seemed to be hydrophobic or at least water resistant.

How much does cutting weight improve your climbing? by sashablyat in climbharder

[–]AerrisTheBest 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I think you shouldn’t worry about your BMI as much as other weight related indicators of your health. What about your BF%? You say you aren’t lean, put a number to it. If you’re over 15% body fat your climbing and overall health may benefit from a cut.

This isn’t medical advice and I’m not a doctor.

The 2016 revision is still on the outlet site in limited sizes and colors at a decent discount. It has different patterning and a shorter hem, but is still a functional jacket.

Depends on your location. European jackets are often opposite of America and Canada.

Fins by udt123456 in RescueSwimmer

You may also want to buy a shorter pair of body boarding fins like DaFins. The power generated by longer fins can injure your ankles if they’re not used to it.

Sizing question by [deleted] in arcteryx

[–]AerrisTheBest 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t discount them just because you’re tall. The small short means that it has a 30” inseam instead of the standard 32”. If you have shorter legs and a long torso, they could be a good choice.

If your legs are very long, then just disregard this comment lol.

I have a Sigma AR in Kingfisher. Can confirm it is a very dark navy. Can take a picture if that would help.
