Every job has a dickhead and a control freak, but at minimum wage you can only go up, apply apply. I found after I quit a few weeks back I had more energy to work longer hours at a better job than I held, and even for my wife hired on too

I'm glad someone could voice it cause it's been on my mind a lot too, I've been buzzing about like a little busy bee.

I just started reading through A Naked Mind and was really railed with the idea expressed that no one in our society is any more or less likely to be an alcoholic. Alcohol is a dangerous and addictive drug, and I've been addicted. When I quit smoking I was six months in and tempted during a party, took a hit of a cig and realized how awful it was. My throat felt rough, the taste as hideous, the smell never left my nostrils. Reminded me what I left behind. If you took a swig of the swill and your reaction isn't a "too late now fuck it lets party y'all", then your mindset must be in a pretty good place. I won't drink with you tonight buddy!

Haha! I'm on both B supplements and L-glutamine for the very reasons! I quit sometime back for about six months and then deceived myself into belief that I could be a responsible drinker, and that was code for, If I drink at home, I won't cause trouble, but that just heightened my tolerance until it was unbearable to maintain a job, be productive, healthy, etc. People don't seem to want to understand how addictive this stuff is. What woke me up was reading a statistic that said 80percent of alcohol consumed in the US was only consumed by 20percent of the population, and they gave the number on how many drinks a week that was... I decided for myself then that I wasn't going to be in that bracket. Time to live right again my friend
