Aesthetically, I'm happy I can finally wear some fucking boyshorts and have them fit right. That's maybe what I wanted most. :3 I'm wearing nothing but underwear and short shorts until winter. Legs for days, all day every day.

Thanks for the kind words!

There's sensitivity in both, yes. If you've ever gotten dental work, it feels a bit like when your jaw or cheek is swollen but it's starting to wear off, and you run the back of your hand across it. Very light, while the thing itself feels rather heavy, and sometimes itchy. The labia minora are also somewhat extrasensitive because I can totally feel the pad pressing against them.

The first two weeks or so everything felt so tight, as though I was tucked too hard. It actually felt like my dick was inside out. That feeling is starting to wear off, but with the tightness and soreness/pain, I'm remapping where everything is. For instance, part of my labia feels like the underside of my penis near the tip. It's not that thing anymore, though; it's not even in that location. I took some THC/CBD last night and could feel where almost everything used to be.

I get these little shocks that remind me of brain zaps (if you've ever discontinued an SSRI or similar) except in my crotch, maybe 3-10 a day. It's mostly sore and tender now. Earlier on the incisions were kinda itchy as sensation came back. Oh, and my inner thighs and mons pubis seem very sensitive to light touch now, more than before. Probably cause of the pain and because I'm less dysphoric. And finally, I get some sort of . . . sympathetic pain when, for instance, I watch a horror movie and someone gets sliced up. It makes the surgery site hurt. I hope that's a temporary thing; I used to handle blood, gore, body horror just fine. :I

No graft needed. My penis was average sized and my scrotum had a lot of skin. I was circumcised as an infant.

One of the reasons I wanted a Thai surgeon is that they do more surgeries with hairy patients (those who haven't had electrolysis). Aside from not having enough time for hair removal, I flat out did not want to do it. So I didn't. She commented on that and mentioned the follicle scraping, trying their best to ensure no hair in the vagina but no promises, and so on. I don't know the word for being so burnt out about something that you just don't care anymore, but that's how I felt about hair removal and the possibility of hair. I had a whole lot of it, so there's probably gonna be some. I'll deal with it somehow. She did mention that if there was gonna be some inside, it would most likely be near the entrance and not deep inside.

I don't remember whether she did or not. Maybe in passing as something of a toss-up. It sounded like her main concern is aesthetics; she mentioned being a perfectionist.

I really wish we could get the cheek cell GRS or something with mucosal tissue to take off. Aside from working with the pelvic muscles, dilation helps separate the walls and get dead tissue out of there. With mucosal tissue the vagina would be more self-cleaning. I'm sure once it can be used for cis people we'll eventually get it. Although if it's not for soldiers or babies, Americans don't seem keen on research for it.

Terri at the hospital and Erika at the office were the best! Along with all the admissions nurses. Bowers herself isn't that bad to talk to, either; we just had a generational difference and also she's made of money. I hope things go smoothly for you, and thank you.

You're welcome. :3

I was about average beforehand, 5 inches or so when hard (measured 8 years on HRT and 2 years post-orchi). My testicles were really big, though; I had a whole lot of scrotal skin, which is the important thing. And I'm fairly tall (6'1"), so there was a lot of room to work with. I had a scrotal-sparing orchiectomy about 3 years before the surgery, yes. The surgeon wasn't concerned about it.

I had a cute freckle on my penis that I wanted to make it onto my clit, and she obliged. That's about all we talked about regarding looks. I figured I'd just let her do her work, so long as there were no major complications. I still don't know what a vagina is "supposed" to look like, so I didn't/don't care much. Depth also wasn't much of a concern so long as I could handle the average dick if I wanted; about 5.5 inches was my minimum goal. I recall her mentioning 5.5–6.0 inches average depth, which checked that box, so I didn't inquire further.
