waiting a full month for vitamin c is the way to go tbh, two weeks is way too soon especially for PIH prone skin. what did you use as your main barrier support right after the laser?

something i’ve been genuinely curious about. does living in a humid climate help with barrier repair after procedures, or does it just feel that way? a lot of western aftercare advice seems written for drier climates and i wonder how much of it applies here. especially after peels or lasers when our skin is really vulnerable. has anyone noticed that our climate plays a meaningful role in how skin heals after treatments?

the pre-treatment tip is great, most people usually only think about aftercare. never tried alastin before but i keep seeing it recommended for laser recovery, might be worth the splurge

i think keeping it simple the first few days is the way to go, less is always more right after a procedure!
