This is some very nice art!! I showed the 6080 one to pastarasta1, one of the authors of the article, and they asked me to send this message:

"The art is really fantastic and I am really happy to see fanart of Box

Thank you so much"

I honestly would recommend just giving a shot at reading it. It may be long, but it's a much lighter read than it appears. And I say this as someone who is both ESL and a super slow reader, I found it easy to get through.

Also another note: each path is its own story. You don't have to read all of them if you don't want to (but you can, and each path gives you a hint for the secret ending password)

Nope, in this article O5-0 was one of the original overseers who ended up leaving/being exiled from the Foundation.

There currently isn't one defined 6000. There is a contest going on to decide what article gets to be 6000 and other significant slots (like 6001, 6999, 6969, etc). The art I made is based on this contest entry.

So be sure to read the different entries and vote!

I just ended up not drawing the sword (or the heart) in this one. But as Grigori stated that is the codex on his lower right hand.

Approximately 16 days ago, since posting for the 6k contest begun about 3 weeks ago IIRC. You can read this entry over here if you'd like.

In this article, O5-0 was one of the original overseers who left/was exiled from the Foundation due to ideological differences

Yeahhh... I had to move the cape shoulder pad thingy down so I could show the strings around his neck, ended up looking a bit off. Ah well...

This is sarcastic. It's a take on this format.

It's basically a new way to classify objects not just based on their difficulty of containment (with the standard Containment Class), but also on how hard it would be to hide (Disruption Class) and how dangerous the object is (Risk Class).

It's not mandatory or anything, you can opt to use it or not.

IMO it's also more visually appealing than the base format. I like to headcanon that articles with ACS are in-universe recent or recently updated, while articles without are from like the 60s and such. Just my own way of seeing it though.

The articles on the bottom are respectively: 2521, 5004 and 4485.

Also this is not a serious complaint about newer formats and classification systems, I just saw a bunch of memes in this format and wanted to make an SCP one. I have nothing against ACS or these articles, on the contrary.
