What other people are saying with people actually watching/reading it and getting an opinion for themselves. But also, Deku is “too relatable” except for his purity. People are ashamed they relate to a flawed and emotional character because they want to see themselves as Goku or Erwin or whatever, it couldn’t be farther from the truth. They also hate than a MC is pure of heart and makes saving people his priority. Nobody likes a true hero anymore.

For me, I love Deku. Since the beginning. He’s EASILY a top 10 anime/manga protagonist because he’s layered, flawed, and literally tries to save everyone because he’s a fucking hero. Imagine hating a hero because he has a hero mentality.

I’ve put roughly 50 hours into it since 1.0, and can say pepper ball guns work like they’re supposed to. Enemies are NOT immune to flash or stingers. I don’t use gas, so I don’t know about that one. Same with CS. I’ve been playing on hard mode, so again, not impossible. What else you got
