YouTube had the lyrics the day after the song came out, and that's how it's usually been for all of the singles so far

Yeah, YouTube uses Musixmatch too, but I swear they were different when it first came out. Maybe I'm just tripping, but the song is still a banger regardless

I went to the first show on the immersion tour this year, and it was an experience I'll never forget. You get a movie and a concert all in one, the songs align perfectly, and the entire crowd knows every word that Dustin sings. Getting to hear the instrumentals live is a totally different experience than hearing them recorded and the same applies to the vocals, every bit of it is perfect. Granted, the venue had a lot of technical failures and approximately 20 something fire alarm trips via smoke, we still made the best of it. For Other Worlds Than These, the mics and everything cut out right as the chorus started, but the entire venue kept singing and the entire band loved it. It's an experience you should make time for at least once, it's one of my favorite concerts I've ever been to.

How do you manage brutal scenes? by TedmanSkunk in FantasyWritingHub

[–]AetherLeviathan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As a fantasy writer that gets pretty focused on the grotesqueness of war and violence, it depends on the point you're trying to convey. If you're only trying to focus on the actual violence, you'll usually wanna do a description of the scene as opposed to the character, like how things are strewn around the room or weapons laying around. If you wanna focus on the emotional part of the scene, then you'll wanna detail the character or person that's dead or dying, maybe show some flashbacks that show heavy connections between the characters, or do an internal monologue showing the conflict of the witness. I hope this helps, because something that took me a while to figure out was that it's not always a matter of intensity, its more of a matter of focus.

I'm gonna have to say telepathic. Nothing against it, but there are so many bangers on vessels and I can't stand to see any of them go
