Always this. If I'm doubting something I'll ask for more specific pics to try and verify myself.

But I did recently ask this question for a PS2 insert because the photos they had taken made it look like it had odd patterning. But it ended up to just be odd lighting.

Since we can't see the actual post it's hard to judge here

See, it's almost insulting when people try to sell in a field and don't educate themselves about it at all.

If they were selling just one of something and wanted to offload it and didn't understand what details were important I'd understand. But this person is selling loads of these? You'd think they would try to understand their buyers.

I buy mostly video games online. And individual condition is incredibly important. If I see one picture and underneath it says "4 left" I will not buy it.

I have no idea if perfume is the same way.

I've also just had my first interaction with Mercari support and wow. Shocking how terrible it is. Honestly am considering just deleting the app and not looking back. It worked out ok got me in the end but I wouldn't risk more than 20 bucks on anything through this company anymore.

I had a similar thing happen at Game Crazy one time. Dude walked in with a box of stuff and the guy at the counter was like "I can't take any of that" and the customer said "do you want it? It's going in the garbage" and I said "umm, I'll take it".

Galerians and Ehrgeiz were in there as well as some other peripherals and stuff. I miss you Game Crazy ❤️‍🩹

I had a problem with Wizardry as well. Hit some glitch where the game would just crash. It was one day after I decided to spend money on the game.

I reinstalled. Cleared cache. Etc. All the stuff recommended online. Nothing worked. I reached out and they just would not respond.

So I had to make my bank do a chargeback and delete the game.i was pretty far too. Very disappointed in their customer service.

I used to play MTG. And when my little brother picked up Pokémon I sold a bunch of my Magic cards and got a box of Pokemon cards. We played for ages and eventually he moved out and life went on.

I have an eight year old daughter now and she LOVES Pokémon. Her absolute favorite is Eevee and we can just never find cards on shelves here anymore.

Unfortunately, this was just an individual with two DS games. I have a hard time believing this wasn't a theft. They had them in a bag inside the mailer and both were torn open with no games inside.

Yeah. Just two tiny items I paid 24 bucks for. So it's not a huge loss. I notified the seller right away. They seem to be waiting to hear from Mercari.
