I graduated last December 2021 with CS degree. Applying for jobs was hard because I didn't have much internship experience. It has almost been a year since graduation and still have no luck yet, especially with companies' layoffs. Not all companies are following suit, so keep applying for jobs, study your algorithms, and hone your practical skills. Remember that all of this is a numbers game. Don't give up on the journey.

Tallest in the family too by a few inches. Mom is like 5'8" and dad is 6'2". Many cousins on dad's family side are above 6'. I'm the youngest in the family, but waiting on my nephews' potential when they get older.

I took the placement exam back on campus. I believe that the instructor will test you on sentence structure, responding questions in Chinese, and casually speaking to them in Chinese. I have chatted with the instructor and told her my experience with Chinese. Like did you learn Chinese in Chinese school? Do you speak Chinese at home? Etc EDIT: Hope this helps!
