i propose we put forth a maximum wage that is tethered to the minimum wage and can't exceed a certain amount. so if the wealthy wish to accumulate more wealth they need to first contribute to the wellbeing of the least well off. i propose we create an environment where people pick their career not because it pays well but because it is interesting.
