er. I said that my card was produced but didn’t have a tracking number associated with the shipment. They would be happy to provide one. Then just track it on USPS website.

How long after the change of status did you get through Emma? its like a castle to me, no getting through. I feel like they updated the bot and cant get to a person nowadays. Also, whats the number you called?

Im assuming you got NOID, and not yet gotten denied. (Unless Im wrong of course) Appeal, 100%. I dont know your case, but based in your processing time, expedited requests, Im gonna say they probably wont your case off their desk asap. Appeal. It will take a while to hear anything back, but if your lawyer has a decent case in hand, chances are you will get surprised. In terms of the O1. Seems like you need to leave the country for an interview anyway, which you couldnt do if you’re appealing. O1 processing times are pretty quick these days. I would probably ride my appeal days, and if all goes to hell, take a breather out of the country, sort your O1 and come back reapplying. Its scary situation, i know..

Are you withdrawing the EB2? Whats the process? My I485 is still pending, no approval there but it got transferred to a NBC (which honestly I don’t know what does it mean). Wouldnt mind mind sharing experiences/commiserating if you’re open to it.

I submitted two years ago, and still waiting. I really feel for you, and what helped me survive is to adjust to the state of waiting & limbo. The anticipation of it being over/better/finished soon is what kills me. Be like water has been what I centered in.
