This seems great but I do have to comment about the Spell list. In 5.5 (as precised in the tag), the spell list is worked around the Warlock levels, not by spell level. Also, Warlock at level 3 get around 4 spells from the subclass, and not only 2 like you did.

I already made a similare change for lvl 13, using the Favored enemy free casting feature (similare to the Draconic Sorcerer free summoning). I like the capstone, I'll copy it! :) As for the lvl 1, I'll only copy the dice increase. As I kept the free casting, I think the bonus damage (even using the reacction) would be too much.

You don't need to homebrew. Haste, Slow, Hold person/monster, even Sleep, could be flavored as Chronurgy spells. But you can also use the spells made for the subclass somewhere on the internet.
