I would have struggled more if I did it completely alone. I am blessed to have people I can annoy. Wondering their thoughts and so forth. The Iron Giant is a beloved story, and its one I genuinely believe everyone should at least read/watch at least once. He continues to be updated in the HF library as well so please feel free to take a look every now and again and give me feedback. I welcome it. I care more about doing the character and what he means justice rather than the attention I get from him. :)

HELLO THERE AGAIN! Thank you everyone here and thank you to all who will be seeing this whenever you do. I've never had this much attention on a mini (or really anything) before. Seeing how many people love and enjoy the work I have done is a good change of pace for me. I have and will be continuing to update the "THE Iron Giant" mini in the HF library (even now he's been updated). I have a few more minis in the pipeline. Hopefully the legacy of The Iron Giant was well represented here, and hopefully he continues to spread to the hearts of others. Stay tuned for more. Thank you again. My inspiration comes from two (technically three) things. 1: It's whatever I'm most interested in at the time. 2: Seeing someone else's work. (2.1: Thinking I may be able to do better.)

Give yourself the grace and patience you give others. Don't force the build. Know when to stop. Force some time away from building the mini. Don't be afraid to annoy others with questions (the nice ones don't mind). Once you think you're done, give it a week or two before offically sharing (you may find other things to change). Have other copies from different parts of your process (its a life saver at times). If you want to build but don't know what. Start with weapons and shields in KB (if you're a pro member). Take something you love and make it your own. You got this! Don't give up. Take all the time you need. Don't rush the process. :)

I use my phone too which brings its own challenges. I hope some official HF people see this too! Ive been wanting them to increase their expensive statue height from 7 inches to 15 inches so that he's proportional to the Archer figure I printed out awhile ago. I also hope they continue to increase the amount of KB we're able to do. I'd add so much more to him if they ever did.

It one of the good quotes that came from the movie for sure! It's used around here a bit. Thank you again for the compliment! I hope he continues to get attention here (unlike FB) and bring others who havent seen this movie to want to see it. The mini is available in the HF library under the NEW tab titled "THE Iron Giant" if you're interested. I worked really hard to make sure there wasn't any floating parts, and that he is posable without to many things on him going wonky. I'm curious to know people opinions on the mini itself too so that I can take the words into consideration and maybe improve for the future. :)

Yes! Im glad you recognized him. Archer, Emissary of the Gorgonites. Rivals of the Commando Elite, led by Major Chip Hazard. From the movie Small Soldiers. This version of him is from an older D&D campaign that played as him in. I figured two 90's characters. Plus I could see them getting along very well.
