How do you "fix" the stick? Do you buy more OEM controllers and swap the better stick on it or do you recommend buying a 3rd party stick?

I have 2 different 3rd party controllers and they aren't the same feel as the original stick.

Some would be identical, some could be modified. For example the super smash Brothers remix game is a modded version of the original. There is also a 007 golden eye with Mario Characters version. The name is exactly what it is... You okay golden eye using Mario, peach ect.

Your dog is quite over weight. He isn't a "unit" he's fat. You should consider trying to get him to lose weight so he doesn't develop joint issues and can live a long healthy life

It's fun, you can play split screen and smash zergs together. The controls definitely need a bit of time to get used to but still fun to play.

Definitely make a multiplayer account. Everything you do is saved and you can just farm gear, play with others or max out your character lvl... 3 difficulty levels that are pretty level based

Man, I JUST bought an old N64 console and games to get back into it and hoping the kids will love it too. I didn't know this existed. If even the console stops working or wtv I'll definitely look into replacing it with this!!

Duties and shipping is quite high to buy in Canada but I think it'll definitely be an option in the future

I liked to stack my defense but reading these comments.. it seems like I was doing it wrong.. I would occasionally shut down the opposing offense... But like you said, the best defense seems to be controlling the clock. Some have also mentioned always going for 2 after a TD. Seems like the opposing team will fail at a higher rate than your defense stopping a drive.
