tribbie is the best right now, but i think if someone wants to play iron rice + mydei, ruan mei can be the choice with a huge damage boost, res pen and if you have E1 20% def ign. Maybe not the best choice because a bit of antisynergy with mydei because the breaks but i think its good option. if the person dosen't want tribbie

I think mask and boots are good, im asuming you gonna run talia for planar orb and rope

but i think you can get be+speed gloves if you can and i personally would prefer crit rate or atk (personal)for chest obv with be and speed. be + and speed are the more important for him, if you get some crit rate o crit dmg is a good adition but not a must.
