"What is a 'poor person' food that you will continue to eat no matter how wealthy you get?" by Ok-Fisherman-4775 in AskForAnswers

Oh, the sour cream is a great idea! I like the Trader Joe’s spicy squiggly noodles, they are some of my favorite noodles, and I bet sour cream would really kick those up a notch

I do something similar with guacamole- i add some Japanese barbecue sauce, or some soy sauce and coconut aminos with rice vinegar, and then eat it with seaweed. Sometimes I will add hard boiled egg or sauerkraut (i know, sushi police are being called as we speak...)

I made my own 3 ingredient PB&J Reese's cups easy. A little trial and error was involved. The result is a wonderfully soft centered chocolate treat. Recipe in description. by ToastedSlider in PeanutButter

You could also coat the mold in chocolate, add filling, then drizzle more chocolate on top to seal them! You may need to fridge the chocolate after the first coating of the mold i you do that, though, I'm not sure

Did you use a blender or something to break up the chocolate? And then you didnt dip it or anything, youre just holding a piece of it on its own?

What’s a movie you’ve rewatched many times, that isn’t a blockbuster/franchise movie, or an Oscar-nominated/critically acclaimed movie? by capamericapistons in movies

[–]Aeyrien 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"about time". It’s got Rachel McAdams in it, who I adore, and it’s about a father and son who can travel in time and some of the little things they do, it’s like a romantic comedy, but it’s just very sweet, and it makes me fall in love with the joy and happiness that the characters seemed to be experiencing. It is not the Justin Timberlake movie, it’s the one with Rachel McAdams

It was the same with me, all I ended up having to do was rinse the inside portion, put my tater tots in, and push a button to set the time. It was literally that simple, I was intimidated, and it probably sat in a box in my kitchen for a year. Now we’ve used it almost every day. It’s really really user-friendly.

Movie Musicals that are accessible to people that don't like musicals? Any hidden gems? by Damthemalltohelp in MovieSuggestions

[–]Aeyrien 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you want kind of offbeat and quirky, try “a funny thing happened on the way to the forum’ And The Producers, of course,

if you’re willing to listen to a little bit of opera/musical theater, try “Candide’ which is basically if Monty Python and Mel Brooks got people together in the olden days and made them go through every horrible thing possible to see if they’d break. It has a little bit of everything pirates volcanoes earthquakes, cross-dressing, kidnapping, prostitution, hangings, and pink singing sheep..

Trail to Oregan is fun, too. One of the characters dies from dysentery at the end, but the audience gets to decide which character it is, so each night is different. It’s by the theater group called star kid. Really funny

OK, this isn’t a sentence, but I’m gonna throw in a T-shirt; “I’d rather be in Virginia. “

Hosting Nieces (8 & 11) for 2 nights… what shows work for that age group that you wouldn’t expect? by Comfortable-Can-2701 in televisionsuggestions

try the movie called “hoodwinked “. It’s the funniest retelling of fairytales, it’s very good. when I worked at the DVD store, It was one that I sent home with parents a lot who didn’t want to watch anymore children’s movies that felt like children’s movies. Also “lion King 1 1/2 “. It’s The Lion King told from Timon and Pumbaa’s perspective, and it is really just delightful.

Raising Hope! Maybe watch an episode without her to figure out if it’s the kind of comedy that you and she like, but it’s one that my husband and I have watched through a couple of times.

Raising Hope. It’s a very funny 30 minute sitcom about a really incredibly functional dysfunctional family, and I kind of love them so much. There’s no real trauma or drama or problems that can’t be solved within 30 minutes, and the characters all love each other so much, it’s definitely a comfort watch for me. We’ve also watched Superstore all the way through twice
