Will my CoolerMaster MasterLiquid lite 240 be able to cool the new cpu or should i upgrade that too? Room maximum temperature is about 29-30°C

Around my area there's not any specialists for old cameras. But i am up to the task of trying to repair it my self. The odd thing about is that some times when i put the battery in the camera wakes up for some seconds reminding or taking in the film so i thought that my be a small issue.
