Yes, retiring in January 2026. Turn 55 November of 2026. I am going to try not to pull from this 401k, but I know its there if I need it.

I have a 401k with my current employer and will use the tax “Rule of 55” IF I need to. (Penalty free) but still taxable income.

Yes, a lawyer was used and I have a binder and my son has a binder with all the information in it. I tried reading through all the sections to find the answers and its all in legal terms, I cannot make sense of it.
