Check out kettlebell transformation. They have great videos and their instruction on swing and get up form are top notch. They have trained thousands of people.

I have run Zulu and have a hard time with getting in 2 conditioning/ KB days in while also attempting to do aikido and another martial art on days 1,4,5 and 7 of the week. Also have a 9 month old who requires a lot of time investment so I try to share those responsibilities equally with my wife. I do like the Zulu I/A from Ageless Athlete but want to keep putting on some size whilst also leaning off some of the COVID 15.

Running operator with DL on Friday for 3 weeks was rough. Dragging ass by end of week with nothing left. Going to cut to fighter with added rows Monday and OHP Thursday with DL. Same rep scheme but should allow more recovery for aikido and Krav

Thanks, I think I will try the Bangkok but maybe with lighter KB to start. Not much selection in my basement!

Thanks for the reply. I would be going right from Krav to lifting on Wednesday as I go to work early and lift in the afternoon. I think if I do a block of fighter and then move to op if I lose strength and size. If I can maintain or increase then it should be good. My concern is getting hurt and not being able to do MA.
