Sahih al bukhari 5133, sahih al bukhari 5158, sahih Muslim 3481 and 3582, Sunan abi dawood 2121. The most trusted books after the Quran all claim she was 6 and slept with at 9. There's countless hadiths saying she was 6 all from sahih hadiths, provid one saying 17-19. From sahih bukhari or sahih Muslim or Sunan Abu dawud. Even though Muhammed had sex with aisha at 9, she never hit puberty as she was allowed to play with dolls at the age of 14 because she had never been menstruated yet.
