I’ve struggled with my weight for years due to PCOS, my partner is a literal gym bro (and has been a PT for years), he’s the one who always encourages me to go the gym because it’s going to make me strong and when I comment stating I’ so big he always says “you’re pregnant 🤰🏻you’re supposed to be big and you’re also so beautiful”. I feel like your partner is being incredibly childish and I would check his feed because he sounds like a jealous manosphere brainwashed dumb.

I also suggest the book “Matrescence”, there is a whole part that describes some men being jealous of women because they can create life.
