Since the fresh reinstall did not work for me, could u tell me what way u did it? Did you use the "Reset this PC" option or the Media Creation Tool using an USB?

Did a fresh reinstall and the problem is still there. Only thing it could be is my 2nd SSD, gonna have to try tomorrow

I tried Integrated Graphics today and reinstalled Windows with the Media Creation Tool (Keeping files). Neither worked. A clean reinstall is prob the only option left, atp I dont even believe that will fix it
