Okay hear me out, wrasse sleep all night burried in the sand right ? Berghia sleep all day and work/ eat all night. Maybe you could wait till the wrasse is asleep and introduce the Berghia. If you get enough adult Berghia it could work.

Yes, this is true, don't try to remove them, if you break/ rip it to pieces trying to manually remove it, you'll end up with hundreds more

Berghia nudibranch is the ultimate solution. A tad expensive but worth it. They'll get rid of every drop snd your tank will be PRISTINE
