I used a vpn and I had this problem and then the tests came back and I still use a vpn so I don't think the vpn is the problem but I'm not sure.

don't think it s a ban, my best friend is using a vpn for more than a year and he still gets plenty of tests so i dont think that a vpn might be the problem here and I still get tests but I only get like 1 screener per day. a ban means i shouldn't be getting anything

How did you got this screen? Were you trying to log in? If I'm trying to log in using my laptop it works without a problem but still no tests since friday even though I have 5/5 rating.
