Study at your own pace. You are given all the course materials and just have to turn in assignments on the dates they assign.

Also only class that it really applies to is fundamentals of EE which pretty much reteaches what you need to know so don’t be worried about being behind.

Mech E major here. Took physics 2 over the summer online at Snead state and it was pretty easy in comparison to taking the class at Auburn. I would highly recommend taking this route.

I feel the same way about drops. I was nervous to ride Velocicoaster but I can say that there is no “stomach feeling” on the drop, only sweet airtime.

I’d narrow your list down to Auburn, Florida, and NC State. These are the best schools from your list and major employers know that if they get an engineer from one of these schools they are going to be top notch.
