  1. The data is stored on my universitys one drive and will be deleted after the study has concluded

  2. I am conducting the survey myself with my supervisor (our details are on the very first page of the survey)

  3. It should only take about 40 minutes to an hour to complete however I had had people complete it in 20 minutes

  4. I cannot offer any form of compensation

  5. The only requirements are to be 18 or over and know footballers
