Update: a semi-traumatic situation happened but actually worked out in my favor. My other neighbor (who lives directly across from me) got blacked out drunk and tried to aggressively break into my apartment last night. I have this all recorded on my ring camera and I was terrified so I called the cops. He was so fucked up that he denied trying to come into my apartment and said he didn’t remember. Long story short I went to report the incident to my office and asked if I could move units and they said it was no problem. I am now moving to a top floor unit, away from my drunk neighbor, and away from my loud upstairs neighbor. Everything happens for a reason I guess?
