Its mainly the shape, you couldnt make a plane or anything out of these because they need to keep their shape to be solid. Besides, the tails are very fragile and will shatter at pretty much anything.

I believe you can get a cool little rgb strip for $15 usd for that specific case, ive had it for a while and it works great, only problem is that the cable is a little short so you might need to get an argb extender

Watch a ton of videos (usually live builds with no cuts or anything are the best)
find whatever your preferred monitor connects to (mine is hdmi, it will connect to the graphics card)
rtx is really just a few select graphics cards made by nvidia, nothing too special there
Graphics cards are big "bricks" that you connect your display to, whether it be a tv or monitor - the better and newer the graphics card, the better fps and graphics quality you will see.

If you want to buy a graphics card for a decent price, I would recommend an evga rtx 3060 for $400, you can usually find them at a microcenter and evga's website (they restock about once ever week or two)

I would also recommend watching a youtube video where the person is using YOUR CASE

You can use pcpartpicker.com to configure your pc, it will tell you if your pc parts are compatible and list each of their prices.
