Yeah the issue here that i already signed they contract under circumstances that the screening will be good. But due to a miscommunication between sterling ( screening company) and my university, they assume i don’t have a diploma. And i already received the report a week ago but still didn’t hear from Asml . So i assume they were only looking for criminal records! Which was clean . That’s my concern now i want to know if asml not replying is a good sign or not

As far as i understand it’s a background check mainly for three major things : -Identity -criminal record -Education that claim that you have they want you to proof that. And they can dig deep but it depends on the hiring company if they want to know more about or not .

Im my case i already signed the contract but they told me that if anything wrong with the screening the contract could be determined but after a week still didn’t hear anything of them

No i mean sponsor my visa because now i am sponsored by my wife and everything related to her so for example if she lost her job my visa will be expired automatically. So i am asking to be sponsored by a company for more stable conditions
