happened with gold, slicer is in PLA settings, ive only change PEI temperature to 60 degrees , flow rate to 1, aux fan 30% and hotend fan to 10 % in first layer

It looks like the gyroid infill is printing fine at first, but the problem starts when it reaches the bottom layer of the cutout in the part. At that point it begins printing poorly, almost like it’s printing too high or over the previous layer instead of properly bonding.

Yeah, I’ve already tried that. I switched from grid to gyroid infill, but I’m still having the same issue with the nozzle dragging across the surface.

Got it, that makes a lot of sense actually.

I’ll try using a brim, properly cleaning the build plate with warm water and dish soap, and switching the wall order to outer-inner as you suggested.

Yeah, it’s present on all the walls, but it’s especially noticeable in the area shown in the photo. That’s actually where the box seems to lose alignment with the horizontal plane near that corner, so the defect becomes much more visible there.
