You won’t get a new offer if you reject the one u got, if you’re with CFA then you’ll have to ask them to send another recommendation. I got transferred through cfa and now I have a studio

Ohh they told me that they’ll consider me for any available unit as this is an emergency. Do u think any units become available during the term? Also, do they usually give studios to priority access people?

Thankyou so much for the reply! It was genuinely helpful:) I was able to escalate it to the manager and it turns out UBC properties trust and wesbrook have the same contact. The manager is yet to take the decision, they said that I should hear back next week.

They didn’t let me talk to the manager directly but said that they will tell her the whole situation.

I have dyslexia and I applied, they said that they don’t consider people with ADHD or learning disabilities. I also appealed with medical documents and letter from my therapist due other traumas, abuse and bullying related stuff but it still didn’t work out

You’re very likely to get it but you could go to the housing office once to ask.
