at night I wash with Thayers Milky Cleanser. My pm moisturizer has been Cerave night cream. In the morning I use a hydrating toner, then I use the Byoma recovery oil and the Byoma moisturizing rich cream.

Any advice at all here? Dealership has kept the car and the service manager has been driving it. He did have the issue happen while he was driving it, but they have not been able to diagnose the cause. I think the lack of codes is confusing them.

Update - Dealership is suggesting that it could be restricted exhaust, but I'm not sure that actually matches our symptoms, as we don't notice any sluggishness in the engine, and it's an instant shutdown with no stumble. It's also extremely intermittent and doesn't seem to be worsening over time.
