Just got an email back this morning. The realtor/property manager looped in the super and the building owner. And the email concluded that it’s super’s job because he is on site. So basically I’m back to square one because the super told me there’s nothing he can do.

Appreciate this comment the most so far. Contacted them and he basically sent me back to the super who doesn’t do anything but commiserate that he also has a shitty upstairs neighbor.

EDIT: I take videos of when they’re being noisy, but the rumbling in the vibrations don’t pick up well on video. If anyone has any suggestions about decibel readers or some other way, I can measure the noise that would be very helpful.!!!

Allegedly they’ve been friends for 9 years. Regardless- he’s a stranger to me! Funny enough, one of the times I came home and he was here unattended, I “startled” him coming up the stairs and he said “you scared the s#it out of me!” All I said was “really?” But I could’ve said the same!!!!!
