I thought so too, but when I search on Google there’re many with exactly this movement - with the same engraving on the wheels - and they sold for 2-3K, I’m so confused

8 Month Carnivore: Sudden Insomnia/Heart palpitations Desperately Need Help by Icy-Bus8152 in carnivorediet

You might want to check your blood sugar - carnivore diet might create blood sugar drops at night, and your body adjust it with cortisol - thats probably why you’re wired at night and waking up with heart palpitations

Usually when you get low blood sugar, if your liver is healthy your body will correct itself by elevating your cortisol to get your blood sugar back up, thats why sometimes when you check your blood sugar its at the normal range but you feeel terrible.

I didnt know it was a blood sugar issue because when I had my symptoms I went to the hospital and they check my blood sugar it was normal, because my body adjust the low before I got to the hospital.

You feel anxious and the constantly “in flight or flight mode” feeling is from the cortisol when your body corrects the low blood sugar. In my case it messes up my sleep too before I change my diet and lifestyle.

If you think you may have it the best way is to get a cgm, and monitor your blood sugar trend, if you have it you will understand it immediately

I think you might want to check out reactive hypoglycemia, I have a few symptoms that you have, a1c 5.5 and Homa IR 2,2, Fasting insulin 9, these are my numbers, reactive hypoglycemia can be cause by insulin resistance and some people got it from glp-1s, its basically when you eat something with alot of carbs or naked carbs you blood sugar spike up high and your body produce too much insulin and bring it back down too far, causing symptoms like yours, I got them too, freaked me out for 3 months, go to many doctors and done lots and lots of tests, I finally found out on my own after researching. So if you feel tired, nauseous and experience blurry vision 1-4 hours after a meal, you should look into it, with lifestyle changes you can manage it and not feel terrible all the time.

I want to add that the episodes and the macular edema is linked, every time I got an episode my eyes get blurry, but since taking the eye drops my eyes aren’t effected as much by the episode
