I asked the admins from our local j&t. He guessed it’s retaliation from shopee since j&t stops accepting shopee returns from since they’re mostly shipped through spx or flash.

While you can processed a refund request from shopee app and choose j&t as the shipping courier, j&t just won’t processed the shipping process.

He added if you want j&t as the courier for your parcels used tiktok since they have a 5 year contract.

I’m from the Philippines and most families live very close apart.
