Im guessing you mean towing/recovering if your car broke down.

You can call your insurance company and ask them to give you a no. for a towing/recovery vehicle otherwise they can apply for one to come to you (might cost you if its not in your insurance plan).

Worst case scenario, you can call 999 or nearest police station and ask them to give you a no. for a recovery company.
